Is the program safe?
Yes. In our program you will be using nutrients stored in your abnormal fat deposits to nourish and feed you while you are in low calorie diet. We use a variety of medicine, supplements, and methods to insure the quickest and safest way to make your weight loss as comfortable as possible. A small percentage of people have experienced constipation.
Is it safe for me to continue taking my usual medications and vitamins?
Yes. The majority of our patients are treated for: Diabetes II, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), High Cholesterol, Hypothyroid, Knee / Back injuries. They continue to take their medications as prescribed by their primary health care provider through the program without any adverse side effect.
Will this give me heart palpitations, make me jittery or affect my sleep?
No. This is not a stimulant based program (such as Phentramine or Phenadrine). Most programs that cause heart palpitations, jittery sensation, or affect sleep are stimulation based programs, which their end goal is to suppress hunger. Our program is natural and its end goal is to nourish your body while you are in a healthy low calorie diet.
How much weight can I expect to loose?
Though men tend to lose weight faster than women, women tend to lose inches faster than men. The recommended healthy weight loss is considered 2 -3 lbs per week, and our clients tend to show the safest speed possible. Results are typical, but are not guaranteed. Results are based on having a healthy diet and exercising along with the program.
Will I feel hungry?
No. Our products will cause your body to use nutrients stored in your abnormal fat deposits to nourish and feed you, and so therefore you won’t experience the physiological hunger. In the beginning days (first 3 days) of your low calorie diet you might experience cravings (mental hunger) because your body is removing toxins. If this where to happen your nurse or medical assistant can provide you with appetite controls.
Am I required to exercise to see results?
No. You are not required to exercise to see results on this program; as a matter of fact we ask that our patients limit themselves to non-strenuous exercise (walking, stretching, swimming, yoga) while they are coursing through the program. Only exercise so you are able to play.
What happens after I complete the program?
After you complete the weight loss portion of the program you still maintain contact with clinic for the maintenance portion (usually 25 days). During this portion of the program we will gradually reintroduce different healthy food options that were absent during the weight loss portion. The end goal of the maintenance is to lock-in the weight that you have attained.
Do I keep the weight off?
Our protocol is conducive for weight maintenance for several reasons: You reset your weight control central system (pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and hypothalamus). You learn and apply healthy nutrition, portion sizing, and good eating. You metabolism is stimulated because of the types of foods and the eating routines that are prescribed in our program.
